m plannin 2 go sm small academy whch guarantees me trainin within 6 months........and they do have all necessary aircrafts.........

My understanding is that most have military flying experience, and, of course, a good education is always preferred, but perhaps less important in this field. I would check, though, by looking at this from both sides. I would ask the flying academy about the placement of their graduates, and I would contact a few airlines' HR (Human Resources) departments to ask them about the credentials they seek in pilots. You can explain that this is a goal and you want to get the best possible training.
