Yes, it happened to me a few months ago. He recognised me but I didn't recognise him.
It also happened at work a few years ago when a girl I had been to school with started here. I didn't have a clue who she was until she told me LOL

yes I have, a boy I grew up with, he recognized me, but I couldn't place him, until he told me his name...He is balding and looks totally different, from the last time I saw him, when we were 14 years old.
