OMG!! I'm watching shark week right now!! It is soo cool! (By the way-- thanks for the 2 points!) :o) I feel so bad for them because no one understands htem and everyone just thinks they're eating, killing machines. They are amazing animals and they are just trying to live like us...... Please try to understand them and watch sharkweek!

I used to like Shark Week, then Discovery Channel changed its focus. It's no longer about science, shark info, and conservation, now it's just about gore and bite stories. Obviously ratings are more important than the sharks themselves. I'm surprised they haven't played the Jaws movies yet.
There is still the occasional good show, but it's not what it used to be.

oh i find it absolutely comical! my 21 year old brother, tough as nails, has a phobia of sharks. he's been addicted to shark week, and is positively certain that he's going to be eaten by one. i enjoy watching the macho college man shudder while holding on to a pillow everytime a great white jumps out of the water! ha!

I hate shark week. My sister is obsessed about it. She has to tape it every year. It gets so nnoying because she already knows everything about sharks.

Yeah my husband has been like that for days its kinda funny !
I was shopping at wallyworld last night and I think he asked me what time it was like 5 times and he pretty muched rushed me out the door to watch sharkweek ! HAHA
