IT IS TRUE THAT ANYONE IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.

IT IS ALSO TRUE THAT AL SHARPTON IS A DOUCHE

Sharpton also thought Tawana Brawley was raped by bunch of white men. Wonder what he thinks of Vick's buddy copping a plea deal and saying Vick funded the whole thing. Vick may be innocent until proven guilty but that proof is getting awfully damning. Vick better have one heck of a defense for his sake. Those Duke kids were convicted before there was ANY proof. Sharpton obviously is a big believer in the saying "There is no such thing as bad publicity."

Ok, look...it's not about the Reverend Al believing someone is innocent or guilty, it's all about him defending the Black and the Black race, under any circumstance. He feels his purpose here on Earth is to ensure that ANY black, regardless of what they are accused of, gets every bit of that protection that says "a person is innocent until proven guilty"...even when the evidence is insurmountable against their being innocent (dare I mention the O.J. case?).

Our frustration of course is when, in the case of Michael Vick for example, we ALL know what he did and he will be found guilty of animal abuse and other charges...but, the Rev. Al wants us to hold back our conclusions until the Jury has spoken...and it's because Vick is black...pure and simple.

It's not that the Rev. Al is "color blind"...
it's more that he is "color bound".

did you hear the joke about Al Sharpton making a suit against Maytag because they only make white washing machines? Oh, wait - they all have a black agitator!

You really have to question his intentions - I don't think it's about getting equality for the black man - if anything he's counter productive.

Someone should tie a T-bone around the good Reverend's neck and have him visit the poor doggies.

Its obvious Michael Vick is guilty of what he's accused of. Al Sharpton feels it's his duty to stick up for all african americans, no matter the situation. Michael Vick gets what he deserves.
