Have you cleaned the heads? There's usually something to click onto that will run it through a little procedure to do that for you. Might try that if you're sure there's plenty of ink. Also, sometimes if the ink is old it will be dried up and might still look like there's some in there.

Usually if a color in not printing it means that either you need to replace the ink cartridge (it is out of those colors of ink) or that the head that distributes those colors is not working.
