Im here in Maine and am going to change my internet service from a Verizon affiliate wireless to Road Runner.
Will be going from 356 kilobytes to 5 MB
Will I be happier with this and with that speed will it be any faster

You'll be so much more happier... Road Runner is alot better solving problems and they'll follow up a few days later to ensure everything is working fine. And above that you'll have much faster surfing speeds.

Roadrunner does have good customer service. It is pretty expensive but I have it as part of a package so it's a little cheaper. They also have RoadRunner Medic, it's kind of a trouble shooting friend. I like it, but my sister had it for 3 months and kept getting dropped at peak hours so she is going back to Verizon.
