Not an astronomy question. A geologic one. The answer is sedimentary. The answer was in the question in the form of the word "sediment".

Putting the word astronomy at the end of a geology question does not make it an astronomy question. You know there is a section called "Earth Sciences & Geology" for these kinds of questions.

And yes, the answer is b.
