I missed it but heard that Chanelle and Charley were on it, was it any good, did Chanelle look better than desperate and sad and ugly Charley?! Did Charley try and bully her again?

Yes it was funny.
Chanelle has definitely stolen Charley's lime light by coming out now.
It was obvious that Chanelle is a lot more popular than Charley. Charley kept saying 'Oh ain't it boring now I've left the Charley Show'. She showed herself up. Chanelle looked really good.
Don't forget they are on BBLB together- I'm waiting for it to come on E4+1.
After Big Mouth Chanelle wouldn't appear on the same show as Charley again, so wasn't on BBLB.
The guest hosts on BBBM this week (Matthew Horne and James Corden) told Dermott that one of them had to sit between Charley and Chanelle just in case!

Chanelle looked a million times better than charley (mind you, a decaying wound looks better than charley). Charley was her usual horrible, i think i'm fantastic self, i just wanted to put my hand into the tele and rip her thoat out. The best thing was that all the jokes people made just went straight over her head, you could see on her face that she didn't have a clue what was happening, that girl is thick as. It's 2 presenters this week, never heard of them but recognise the thin one but can't quite place him.

Yep I seen it....quite good. Chanelle looked really well, she'd got her hair and tan done!! Charley looked the same and still wearing the same boots!!!
Chanelle kinda stole the show from her which was great....everyone wanted to know what happened and all bout ziggy! Charley was getting kinda peeved that attention wasnt all hers!!! But when she did get a chance to talk she went on and on and on.......she is obviously being advised by her advisors not to change and still "keep it real" as she says herself.....she is such a horrible person and kept trying to belittle Chanelle who looked very lady like beside Charley!!!
Dunno who the 2 guys where presenting it but they where quite funny.
They also gave away a clue to tonights show which was great!! Shanessa gets to be a full time housemate and Liam is now a halfway housemate!!!!
Cant wait for tonight!

I saw it the guest hosts this week are Mathew Horne and James Corden.
Charley and Channele both looked ok actually,but Charley was like Ziggy told me yeah,that he didn't like being with Chanelle,no just hear me...basically she was saying how her and Ziggy had conversations in which Ziggy expressed how much he went off her.
Also Channelle had the chance to appear on BBLB today but declined saying I don't want be in a room with her again,so all didn't go well in the end.

Chanelle came across very well (almost normal, and I'm a fan of hers but feel she lost it totally in the last few days) Charley was trying to gob off but generally I thought she was quite placid for Charley.
You didn't miss much if it's any consolation.
PS. Don't know the geezas presenting.

Don't know the host's, 2 chaps. But Chanelle looked like a frightened rabbit, caught in the headlights. Bless her. Charley as usual was all about Charley & " keeping it real" (yuck) sorry, going to get my sick bucket

It was good Chanelle was fine she isnt sad anymore and charley was just gobbing off as usuall lol, nd it showed a preview bit of what is going to happen nd the halfway housemates each have a jacking a box they need to get in it and they need to jump out at the time big brother told them to nd the first one to do it gets full housemate privlilage's but they then have to pick a normal housemate to go in the halfway house, so it showed that Shanessa jumped out first oh i hate her lol nd wen she going in the diary room she picks Liam to go in the halfway house poor Liam i like him :( but thats all what happend really

It was the best Big Mouth of the series so far. Charley reckoned that all the other hm's were bullying her Great TV.

yeah they were together, but seperated by the guy who was doing BBBM.....Charley still had her pound of flesh while Chanelle sat there looking like butter wouldn't melt...thing is, it's meant to be Charley week and Chanelle well and truly pissed on her bonfire.....lol....2 blokes did it...one chubby guy and some skinny guy with dark hair...dunno their names....was fun watching Charley trying to talk down to the audience, but they were having none of it and cheered over her every time she tried it on....lol....

You don’t need to exercise for hours on end. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results should you work hard. Get a omitting rope, skip for two moments, do push ups for a minute or so, skip for two minutes, rest first minute. Then change the push up to something else like sit ups along with do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s an instant, effective workout that will advance results than a long work or swim.
