Here's the thing , my sister is always going through websites, I go through to spy on me. Is there a website, where I can block those website, and unblock it when I get back on?

Recent anti virus software such as McAffee and Norton has this option called Parental control. You can set the rules to block specific websites when user other than Administrator logs on to this computer. You maintain logging as Administrator to this computer ( or give administrative rights to your login ID ).

Then when you logged on as administrator you are free to visit any website but users other than you can not visit the websites which you have specified under the parental control rules.

If you want that other person can not see in browser which websites you have visited. Then you have to set condition in your browser to delete the history when you close the browser after the use.
