I also remember the “liberal” New York Times running front page “exclusives” on Saddam’s vast arsenal of WMDs, shortly before the invasion. The Bush administration gave them “exclusive” information and they put it on the front page.

I don’t believe everything I read, even from a relatively decent newspaper like the New York Times.

You know what that means Libs?.. They are losing money. if more and more people are reading it, how come they are losing money?.

The truth is, the more liberal leaning a news paper is, less popular it becomes. This change in reporting style is nothing but a lazy attempt to pander to the moderate americans who wants the news reported as is with out spin

please provide a link to this "good news" that you are referring to. The news that I read this morning didn't sound good to me with the Sunni Arab bloc pulling out of the current government in Iraq....sounds to me that things are not getting better but getting less civil and more likely to fall apart.

Only the uninformed and politically naive ignore better media such as The New York Times gives us. A robust media is the only link between events mighty and small and the political process.
