Well...it really depends on what sort of coffee that you like, right? Most coffee drinkers would usually say that if you can't let yourself go, experience all the coffees available, then of course you can't enjoy what you really like!
Keep experimenting, that's the only way to find the real coffee for you. (Also, there are many blending techniques to your coffee you chose... Please try all of the techniques available so you really know what you like...Plungers, dripolators, excreteers, to just your plain spoon full full, maybe those instant coffees?...)
Honestly, coffee is like wine, it really takes a good palette to notice all these small differences in these products, just let your personality flow amongst the coffee, and you will find a coffee,...or many that suit your lifestyle...

Oh, by the way, I do like 2 sugars and quite alot o milk! But tea or coffee is fine 2, depending on time o day...
