if you are a celebrity, then you can talk to yahoo, and they give you the official sign under your name so people know that you are the REAL celebrity, and not some poser.

yahoo puts that green "official" thing under their name. so even if u wanted to, you couldnt put it on..unless u were a celeb.. then yahoo puts it on somehow.
