or just somewhere in the middle?

i think everyone is a bit of both. i mean, as humans, we're all very different from each other (which is what makes us seem complex to others, because if we were all the same, it would just be 'normal' and therefore simple). however, there are certain behaviours that link a lot of us together and in that respect, we are also incredibly simple.

for example, most people pursue pleasure and avoid pain. that is a simple aspect of almost everyone's character. on the other side of the coin, some people say exactly what's on their mind and others are more 'elusive'. i suppose to the people who like to say what's on their mind, those people seem 'complex'.

I am a woman so I must say that I am simple in some areas and complex in other areas, so I guess I am right down the middle.

Depends what part of me you are describing. My emotions & thoughts are always complex but I live a very simple life. I don't need alot to be happy & I'm grateful for everything I have.

It sounds like your eating habits are disproportional. Try to balance out the calories in each meal throughout the day. Plus, your lunch and dinner times seem awfully late in the day too. Never skip breakfast as it is the most important meal of the day. What happens is your body has been in starvation mode during the night since you do not eat when you are sleeping. When you wake up, drink 1 glass of cold water immediately to hydrate your body. Then, try to eat 5 small meals a day as equally spaced out as possible. Drink around 8 glasses of water a day and try to cut back on your sodium intake. This should level out your system and help you avoid the fatigue feeling, which is most likely a blood sugar imbalance from your current eating schedule.
