Well you could be. You don't say how old you are, but given you're asking this question I'm going to assume your in your teens.
Teenagers often feel a wide variety, of sometimess conflicting emotions. Your hormones, newly discovered, are raging, and your world and your environment is changing and there for discovery.
Show me a woman that has never had feelings for another woman at some point in her life, much less acted on them, and I'll show you about 1% of the population. At least based on the women who have been in my life.
Most people, no matter what sex they are attracted to, get feelings of desire towards that particular sex when they see someone they like, not necessarily everyone of that sex, which is what you imply.
More than likely you're simply curious. As long as you're at least 16, and you are SAFELY exploring that curiosity, there's nothing wrong. 5-10 years from now you could be happily married to a man, or you could be a lesbian, but it's probably too soon to tell right now, and as long as I am about right on your age, that's OK. No one said you had to define yourself at this, or any for that matter, age.

Depends really.Ask yourself why you actually stare at her.Is it just because you wonder how she looks so pretty from a female's point of view?You might just be in a stage of hormonal changes.
