Money, for it's substance. Hendrix's solo was all flash in Watchtower.

Hendrix all the way, there is no way that pink floyd could ever put as much passion in to the music and solos as jimi did.

My son and I were just discussing guitarist a few days ago on Skype( he is a world class guitarist) and has done a lot of studio work.I asked him if he was as good as Jimi Hendrix,and he said No one is as good as Hendrix was,so it would be Jimi hands down,and believe me,at 46 years old,he has heard them all,and knows most of them.
