I have a few insecurities, don't we all. Today I will accept and take responsbility for my insecurities and not blame others for the way I feel about myself. I have a tendency to ASSUME other people notice my insecurities and they are constantly criticizing me on those insecurities.
For example, I was working on an assignment at work. It took me 3 weeks to complete an assignment, that should have been completed in a week. I blamed another co-worker for rushing me, because she asked simple basic how-things going questions about the assignment. I felt that I was taking to long time on the assignment and I felt that my co-worker's how-things going questions were implying that I was taking to long on the assignment.

Dont worry about it..
You now acknowledge that you have a problem, so now you can deal with it.
Whenever you feel insecure, take a step back and reflect on it. Why do you feel insecure? What did that person say or do? What did you think they meant by it? And finally, what did they really mean by it? Dont go blaming anyone or everyone immediately or even at all, unless they actually deserve it.

Prayer said !
Today you had an epiphany, you grew , you were able to see yourself and to take a positive step towards maturity-and religious maturity ( don't know your faith)
Act upon this new realization , this truth, that you see in yourself.
You are a good person. Remember that this is process that lasts for at least 100 years--- go easy on yourself, keep trying, keep looking inward -----Lovingly ,Bemo

I know EXACTLY how you feel...

I will pray for you:

Lord, teach us both to accept responsibility. Help "Guy's Baby" as she overcomes the overwhelming by turning it all over to You. As she trusts in you, I pray You will give her the strength to take the right action on each task before her. May You bless her with guidance, strength and wisdom in each situation.

Amen.

God bless. Good luck...

good for you! you are taking a great step by taking responsiblility! feeling better about yourself doesnt just happen, though. it takes a consious effort. whenever you have a negative thought, think about something you like about yourself. whenever you get annoyed with someone, think of something that you like about that person. sure, it wont be easy, but it'll help your mentality and in the long run you will feel much better!

your acknowledgement of this wrong doing in your own mind should set you free of this guilt. God loves you and forgives you. Just ask him for forgiveness and pray for discernment.

Bless you!
