my periods come whenever they want, most times they would if i get horny in the morning and my boyfriend has to work ealry. i get so fratrated, my body shivers during this period, i get so moody, feeling like its my right to have him at that hour and hes not there, a feeling like its my last chance to makelove..weird!yeah! well i have gone to see doctors even traditional ones and no one has an answer for me. should i try checking for cancer? or am i being too scared? thanks to all who answer .

I don't think you have cancer either. However, I would make an apt. with your doc. & see what is going on. It sounds like your hormones are off.

I think you should go to see a gynae or a specialist as this kind of situation can lead to worse health condition.
I don't think it's cancer but it has got something to do with your uterus as my spouse is having this kind of problem. In case of my spouse, the period went on and on for like two to three weeks until she lost so much blood that she required about four pints of blood transfusion. That was last year and the problem is still around, but not as bad as last year.
Do not wait any longer.
