Well The Book I Read Lately, was... Dragon Rider by Cornella Funke And Inkheart by Cornella Funke.
Both Were Amazing I liked Dragon Rider Better Because It had more action and Inkheart you had to read at least 100 pages to get to the good part But Dragon Rider is amazing.
Dragon Rider
In a valley in Scotland the last of the silver dragons hide from the encroachment of humans. But now this last valley is being invaded too. Firedrake, a young dragon, sets out to find the legendary ancestral home of the dragons, the Rim of Heaven, high in the Himalayas, where dragons can be safe and undisturbed forever. Accompanying him are Sorrel, a crabby brownie, and eventually Ben, an orphan, and Twigleg, a homunculus who may be hiding a treacherous secret.
Following a map drawn by a rat, the trio trek across Europe and the Middle East, heading for India. But they are followed by the spies of Nettlebrand, an artificial golden dragon created to destroy all dragons, who also wants to know where the Rim of Heaven lies, so he can finish the task he was created for.
InkHeart
"Twelve-year old Meggie Folchart lives alone with her father; Mo. Mo is a talented book binder whose love for books is only superseded by his love for Meggie and for his lost wife. Meggie had never been told where her mother went or why she left, all she knows is she has been without her mother since she was three-years old.
She wonders why her dad never reads aloud to her, until one day she realizes that she and her dad can read characters out of books. Suddenly, one night a stranger, with the name of Dustfinger, comes to pay Mo a visit. A whispered conversation between Mo and Dustfinger had been heard by Maggie.
Moving to Aunt Elinor's to protect the valuable book Inkheart from both Capricorn and Dustfinger; the two who had been accidentally read out by Mo. Capricorn and his gang of thugs try to steal the book so they can be read back into Inkworld. Capricorn and his gang plan to kidnap Mo as well so they could be read back, but what they don't know is that Meggie can also read characters in and out of any book."

The Book Thief by Marcus Zusak
It's the best book I've read recently. Written from the perspective of Death in 1940's Germany about a little girl. Manages to be quite light hearted yet reverent throughout

One that I've read lately is Special Agents - Kiss and Kill. That's the 4th book in the row.
Other great books that I can recommend are: The Harry Potter series, The Artemis Fowl series, The Alex Rider series, The Inheritance trilogy(Eragon/Eldest) and The Bartimaeus trilogy.

I am going to suggest "Thr3e" by Ted Dekker. Or "Saint". I read them both within two days, and I hardly did anything else, I was so sucked in by the story.
THAT HAPPENED TO ME TOO!!!! I normally can fall into a story rather easily, but lately I've had trouble. Until I read "Saint", and last night I read 200 pages of a book called "Airborn". Very good. :)
I hope you can find a book soon!!!!!
God bless

Depends on what you like to read. I just finished the first book in a series about women in the Bible. The books are sort of like historical fiction and it is written very well. The book is called Sarah by Orson Scott Card.

Life's A Beach by Claire Cook was a fun read.
I am reading The Camelot Caper by Elizabeth Peters now and like it so far.
What kind of books do you like?
INXS Story to Story (autobiography about the group from Australia, very good if you like books about musicians.)
