Help with PMS symptoms: use primrose oil.
Avoid: Caffeine, alcohol, all white foods (rice, sugar, starch), fried foods, eat organic when you can & stay hydrated.

RASPBERRY LEAF TEA!
(not raspberry flavored tea - raspberry LEAF tea)

Makes an incredible difference!
You can find it in grocery stores as well as health food stores.

Yer gonna dig this!
