a suit that relieves pressure on an astronauts body when they reach extremely high speeds....it also forces blood (somehow) to stay in the brain area to keep the pilot from blacking out

It is basically inflatable pants. When pulling high Gees, you inflate it to squeeze your lower body to help force blood out of your legs and lower body up to your head.
