Actually according to Islamic marriage law, if he does not have intercourse with you for a specific period of time, I think it is 4 months, then you are automatically divorced. Also, if he abandons you then that is considered as divorce. In court, you mean American or Islamic court? I don't think an Islamic marriage in a mosque is recognised as legal in American law, but in an Islamic court you can claim that he has deserted you, you did not consummate it, and also he has not lived with you for however long it is. Basically abandonment. He also has to ask your permission before marrying, according to Islamic law. i got married at gretna green (scotland) at 17 years old and an now 19 with 2 kids by the same man.
our relationwship is still going even though hes 7 years older than me x
