Where can i go to check what HTTP features a site supports?

To be clear, is there a website that exists where i can provide it a URL to another website and it can go analyse it and tell me the things that website supports, such as:

1. POST/GET
2. Javascript
3. Java
4. Flash

etc...

doubt it, you would have to talk to the webmaster (of site you want to check)

This feature is done with your browser, and many times you need to go to the prferences and enable these features.
