Depends on what nation you are talking about. The way the question is stated, the answer is none. No doubt there is a national holiday somewhere in every month.

January=New Years Day, Martin Luther King, Jr's Birthday
February= President's Day
March= No FEDERAL Holiday
April= Easter (Most often, sometimes in March)
May=Memorial Day
June= Flag Day
July= Independence Day
August= None
September= Labor Day
October= Columbus Day
November= Thanksgiving, Veterans' Day
December= Christmas

In the states we do not truly have "National Holidays" but we do have legal holidays during which government agencies are allowed to close. The answer I think you're seeking is March and August.
