Usually the only thing that works for me is if the person causing me stress can do the massaging. Now believe it or not...... it doesn't even have to be a full body massage. Just relieving my brain of pressure by talking things out with me will do the trick. I guess stress is so mental for me that I go into freeze mode where I can't function at full mental capacity. My body would be fine. It is my mind that needs the relief. So I suppose my answer is by...... by understanding and communicating to make the stress go away.
