hi i'm 11 years old and my dream is to become an actress/singer coz i can sing and dance i live in england so i wanna be an english actress can anyone give me advice on how to start???????

If you were born in England, that makes you English.
To become an actress, start acting! Ask at you local library for amateur theatre groups in your area, both youth theatre and adult groups, or use a search engine.

start by being in your school plays, develop a resume, get headshot made, find out addresses of agents and send them resume and headshot with cover letter. At least that is how we do it in the colonies.

looks have nothing to do with becoming famous Somtimes movies have actors trying to portray somone not very actactive, like the movie SUPERBAD for example the people in it are hidious. They all famous now, cuz they can act, looks have nothing to do with it.
