Ok..i got a friend..his name is Roy.Roy is very serious guy since his environtment teach him to become that way.Well,he got a lot of problem around him and yet,dont want to share with me.He seems trauma at all that has happened to him since he was 5.He lost his parent at 5 and living with his uncle till now.Once,Roy accident and cause a great damage to his uncle's car and he says,his uncle seems mad at him because the condition of the car and his uncle always beat him(not only for that reason).When I talk to him,he become someone who from a place which no happiness inside it and he always dull...no sense of humour(recently) and always talk bout the sorrowness of life.I am afraid that Roy will committe suicide..omg!!!!I mean,i have done a lot of things to increase his self-esteem and yet he ignore what I am saying and keep saying "I dont need anyone"..please...how to help him...stop suggesting that I have to always by his side because I am!

Your friend needs the kind of help that you can't give him. He needs to talk to a professional. No matter what you do, it would not be enough to help your friend. You can start by reporting the abuse by his uncle, anonymously, to the proper authorities. Hopefully, if someone investigates, your friend can get the kind of help that will hopefully make a difference in his life. This is not a failure on your part; being a good friend is the most anyone can do or ask for. However, with professional help, your friend can talk to, and get advice from, a mature and detached individual with no invested interest other than to see your friend get well. Good luck.

Roy is being abused. Call your local Child Protection Agency and you can do this without giving your name and you can tell them exactly what you have posted here. You can tell them Roy is suicidal and his uncle beats him and etc... they will send someone asap and get Roy help. Don't hesitate and do it today. Roy needs help NOW. You can't do it alone because its too much of a burden for one young person to carry. You have to get him help. You are right about that. Please please do as I suggest and get him the help he needs today! Also you can go to the police station and they will keep your name private and you ask to speak to a police officer and tell them what you have told us and they will make sure the right people get involved. But the abuse (the beatings) have got to stop NOW! This is child abuse and it happens to be against the law. They will find a place for Roy to be and he will be safe and get therapy and help. This is the only way of getting Roy true and real help!

talk to someone at schoola dn tell them what you have told me they will help him or get help. its sad that hes with a mean uncle and he can't move or maybe live with you and family that would be great if you r mom would say yes dad also.

well i guess thats all you can do is stay at his side really. you need to be serious with him tell him the truth tell him that yes he does need some1 and keeping it all in isnt going to help!! shout it at him if you have to he needs to get it in his head!!! good luck :)
