I don't see why not, really. We spend too much money and energy on the war on drugs (pot) when we have far more pressing issues that are being neglected. I don't smoke pot, actually I tried it and disliked it, but it doesn't harm anyone.

No I don't think cannabis or hash as its known here in Scotland should be legalised it leads to mental problems on the news recently there was a report saying that cannabis leads to schizophrenia I know because I once knew someone who smoked cannabis regularly ended up in a psychiatric hospital and whenever I visited him there were other people our age late 20's early 30's there because of smoking cannabis I really surprised and quite shocked. In fact I think they should reclassify the drug to a class C drug.
I only ever smoked hash once and never enjoyed it I got a slight buzz but I wasn't impressed and I didn't see the point of the whole drug scene to me its just a waste of time and money.

Legalize it, regulate it, and tax it. Of course, BigPharma wouldn't be able to make money off it--after all, people can grow the stuff--so it will never be legalized as long as BigPharma has an in with the government.

Yes yes yes. It should be the same status as alcohol and tobacco (and firearms). Thanks for the stats. That's why I vacation (and plan to retire in) Amsterdam!

Spark one up!

Nice try, but I don't think they can differentiate between the lung cancer cause by tobacco and the lung cancer caused by marijuana. You should consider you. It also doesn't take into account the number of tobacco smokers vs. marijuana smokers or the age of smokers.
