Art Deco Town in France ??

Does anyone know the place in North Central France which was battered during the world wars but has lots of Art Deco buildings remaining ??????????????

Reims - Almost totally destroyed during the First World War, Reims was subsequently to become a privileged bastion of Art Deco. Examples of Art Deco architecture are scattered all over the city.
