Everytime there`s a major scandal, all that happens is the outed say sorry, won`t do it again.

Geez! Poor Paris Hilton had to spend a month in the clink, and went bonko whilst there.

Where is the fairness????

What should happen is that there should be major investigations and on a par with the Nuremberg tribunals (which weren`t much, if you read the historians) to uproot the evils of privacy invasions and/or manipulations as many of these experiments resulted in personal tragedies for many people.

Agreed on all points.

Could you add some clarification though please?

Isn't it the NSA ( National Security Administration ) that does illegal immoral unconstitutional spying?

Other than the implied use of satellites, I didn't know that NASA, ( National Aeronautics and Space Administration) was involved.

I agree there should be a standard punishment for the crime and it isn't negotible. Such as drunk drivers or murder. Should be no questions ask an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth. If you murder someone they should hang within a week. If you steal then you should have to repay that person and have to work for them free of charge for a year or spend 5 years in prison. When in prison you should have no rights other than 2 meals a day and a roof to get under. But should have to work to pay for the cost of keeping you there.
