Hold on I have to see what superfluous means..........

Yes, I think that's true because words can only express our mind and heart but cannot express our care through human touch and a kiss is a more intimate form of expression to have that gesture of a kiss be more than words can sufficiently express. I hope I win the debate. I am a masterdebater. lol jk :)
