The easiest possibility is that there's gunk in your burner. Try taking it apart, cleaning it with something mild, and reassembling it. If you did this recently, make sure everything is back together properly.
If that's not it, it could be a spark igniter or a few other things, and you'll probably be calling someone to repair it.

Need more information.
Is the stove top clean. Sometimes a particle of food will drop down and block the ignition element. Have you cleaned the jets?
What is the ignition system used, electric, pizoelectric or is it match and burnt fingers. Are the ignition elements still there. I had one that broke off when someone dropped a pan on it.
Are the wires that go to the ignition elements still intact. I know at least one cooker where the wire had the plastic melt and it grounded on the metal on side of the cooker.

Is this one of the older systems with a pilot light a the center of the stove (not seen with the cover on) with tubes running out to each element? If so the tube for the burner that won't light will need to be moved (slid) closer to the central pilot light.
