Barry's been tested numerous times by independent labs due to the trials and also by MLB for mandatory purposes like all players.

Only thing was that there was no drug testing in MLB when Sammy, Barry, Mark, Rafael and others "used" because they did not ban or make drugs illegal in baseball. That's the reason they came up clean once the trials started. The sport instituted the testing and making drugs illegal sorta thing after they got most of the drugs out of their system.

That's why there's no solid proof of their drug usage.

The fact is that Bonds has been tested many times for use of anyone of the (53) banned drugs contained in the MLB/Union agreement. Contrary to popular belief, the testing can occur in the baseball off season as well as during the season. The testing is conducted by an outside third party contractor and no notification is provided to MLB, the Players Union, or the player himself prior to the testing. For those of you who don't understand this, or believe there is some kind of conspiracy, go read the MLB/Players Union drug testing policy.

Bonds has been tested for steroids many times, and never tested dirty. The problem is, the MLB testing policy gives players plenty of warning time to flush thier system out IF they are using HGH.

Yes, everyone is tested. No sport does HGH tests. Bonds never tested positive on any tests

Of course he had, but when you take HGH or other designed drugs, you can fly by those tests so he never tested positive. Wish they had some technology which keeps test of the size of your head every year to show the growth and relate it to performance enhancing drugs, then he'd be guilty.

Yes. He's been tested with everyone else the past few years since the testing policy was put in place in MLB. He's never had a positive test.

well, the tests are performed by mlb itself, in collaboration with the players association, so any test results given by them are very doubtful and obviously manipulated, protecting their big investments aka the juiced players (more roids = more homeruns = more fans = huge bucks).
