Hmmmm... Yeah, its telugu... Its a language spoken in the state of andhra Pradesh in India... It literally means "Don't you have any brains...???"... Don't bother trying to verify if what I've said is right.... I'm a native telugu speaker... The best possible reply for this would be, "Undhi, definitega" meaning, "I definitely have one"

yes u hav already mentioned its a TELUGU language.If u mean to ask the translation than it means ''don't u hav any B-R-A-I-N-S ? or it could also means sarcastically ''use ur brains''
