Have you ever took an offer from "area circulation"? (a magazine scam)?

4 months ago, I accepted the magazine offer over the phone, within 2 months I payed an $80 bill & a $112 bill, the next day they called again & said I owe $120 but I refused & tried to cancel but they refused, then my debit balance was dropping so I changed my card #, last month they call & say I owe $800.! as of today, I get a $600. bill in the mail! -It's been 2 months since I paid & they're STILL sending mag,'s & bugging me!!!
