If you know anything at all about our system and the way it works,
you would just have to give a simple yes, we do live in a plutocracy,
it's obvious once you know what is going on.

LOL...did you just say that the chosen Dem and Repub candidates get 'lower funds' than third party runners?

Do you know what you are talking about at all? just wondering.....

It's not perfect, as nothing ever is, but I don't see any other system that I'd rather trade it with. I prefer a capitalist system instead of a communist one of course, but I'm against capitalism intruding in politics. There doesn't seem to be a way to solve it however without radically changing the political climate, which could turn out to be far worse than what we currently have.

1) We vote.
2) We elect representatives who have been very poor.
3) We don't, but we do live in a Representative Republic with Democratic Principles (actually, it's more specific than this, but I forget the fourth term).
4) People pay millions each year for our vote.

If our vote didn't matter, why are they paying so much? Why do we spend so much? Why do the richest men (such as Ross Pirot) fail to get in while men with lower funds do?

Plutocracy? No. Capitalist? YES! Great for us, as well. Could you imagine the damage a socialist government would do to us! Our rich, our job creators, leaving in droves, the government trying to stop them by force, business going under, government nationalizing them to keep them open, the standard of living dropping as each source of wealth leaves.

This constant "anti-business" "anti-American Dream" buzz is starting to make it clear to everyone that socialists have truly decided to make a run for our country.

Not going to happen.

no way - it can't be proven! this is a plutocracy! i hate it! i think we should have a system in place like the 'jury' system where people are 'drafted' into political office locally and where this local group will vote on who represents the area in the next level up - all the way to president. most decisions could be made in ones free time, and one could get paid for it too.
