why some people got late when there is an important appoinment?

HERE ARE SOME REASONS WHY:

traffic..
they don't wake up on time..
stress??
they argue with their partners/spouses.
they're total idiots.

There are many reasons why people get late. What is not to be tolerated is when the reason is not excusable.
