w/o a space suit in space we'll die by explosion of our
lungs & veins. It's becoz on earth, the pressure of
atmosphere is equallised by the pressure of blood.but since
there is no atmosphere (hence no atmospheric pressure)in
space,so the blood pressure will be very high resulting in
bursting of veins in our body(thus bursting lungs and other
organs causing death).

You would lose consciousness in about 10 seconds or so and be dead after about a minute from lack of oxygen. You wouldn't explode from the lack of pressure compared to your blood (that's a myth) and your blood would not boil (that's another myth) because the blood will still be under enough pressure for it to still be a liquid at body temperature.
If you try to hold your breath you may damage your lungs though although if you just let the air escape you'll should be able to be revived provided your heart doesn't stop (you won't look too good after it but you should survive).
You also aren't going to freeze because whilst space is very cold the only way to lose heat in space is by radiation which is the least efficient way to transfer heat so you'll actually stay warm for a while (long after you're dead). If you're in the sun and have exposed skin you can expect very bad sunburn and suntan because the UV is a lot more intense in space than on Earth (and you also get UVC in space) and you may end up too hot.
Radiation isn't so much of a danger though, unless there's a major solar flare heading for you that won't be what does you in. Probably a good thing to since a lot of the radiation in space is pretty much impossible to shield against (at least with the spacecraft masses we can actually build in the near future).

A little bit of both. Depends, it wouldn't be a pleasant way to go though.
1. If you were just suddenly exposed to space both hard vacuum and the temperature extremes, 1/2 of your body will freeze to about -250 degrees, the sunny side of you would be at +200 degrees so one half of you would cook, the other would very definitely freeze. Your heart, lungs and other organs would freeze, but not in a good way, since your muscles wouldn't completely stop trying to move beforehand so as stuff froze, other stuff would tear it apart.
2. If you just were in a spaceship which lost it's O2, you would just suffocate. Pass out and then die from asphyxiation.

A space suit could be a suit that forms a radiation shield. It should also be strong enough to withstand pressure. I other word it should be confortable. The suit is then provided with air pressure and is airconditioned.
Atronauts are exposed to solar wind radiation and during solar flares the radiation could be lethal.
It doesnot matter whether you are in a suit or earth or in space, you can die any where if you are not protected from harsh environment.

You wouldn't explode necessarily. You would freeze almost instantaneously and you would get what is known as the bends. This occurs in deep sea diving if you surface too fast. The nitrogen dissolved in you blood releases and your blood literally boils.

My money is on dying from a lack of oxygen. Depending on where you are in space it could be very hot or very cold. Mostly cold though unless you're close to a star. You're body would probably become bloated as well since there is no atmosphere to hold it together i.e. no pressure acting on it.

shake up a can of soda and then open it..thats what would happen to you.the gas in your blood would instantly depressurize and your blood would boil and youd hemmorage out of every orafice and pop.whats left would either freeze or cook but youd already be dead before that happend.

1.) you will first dies of no oxygen.
2.) you will shrink from the pressure of all of the gravitational forces of all of the planets and moons.
3.) you will freeze.
