I honestly can't decide.
I'm suprised that there are no 'google moon' pictures of the landing zones to show the remains of the expeditions.

Neil Armstrong walked on the moon. The Apollo program was not faked to distract us from current events. The only even that the first moon landing distracted us from was the little incident involving Ted Kennedy and Chappaquiddick. The Apollo landing removed Ted Kennedy from the front page of the newspapers.

No man has never walked on the moon, it was obviously faked probably in the Nevada desert which has a moon-like geology. If America had been there do you think they would have left it at one visit, no way, they would have been back numerous times by now. Think of the strategic advantages of a spy facility on the moon.Explain how the flag fluttered when there is no wind on the moon, and with the powerful telescopes available why have no discarded pieces of the rocket relaunching equipment ever been seen from Earth.

-"i think of it is the flag is waving on the moon there's a nil wind ingredient so the flag should not be waving." it is your first argument? quite? everybody who fairly watched NASA's photos will word that the flag in straight forward terms waves whilst the astronauts circulate the pole. considering that there is not any air resistance to sluggish the flag down, it maintains to wave longer. have you ever heard of inertia? If no longer, look it up. Later movies whilst no astronauts are close to the flag, that's completely nonetheless. i assume you forgot to show that. -"there grew to become into in straight forward terms one easy source the solar so all shadows could be parallel which they weren't" The topography of the moon performs tricks on your eyes. The uneven floor provides the phantasm of unparrallel shadows whilst in actuality they're. Mythbusters proved this of their moon landing episode. Watch it. -"they landed why wasn't there any craters produced from the landing" in basic terms in the previous landing, the engines the place throttled all the way down to 3,000 lbs of thrust. and quite a few different ft above the floor, the engines the place close off because of the fact the LM got here in for a intense high quality delicate landing. I in basic terms regarded this up. that's remarkable what you will discover out in case you carry out slightly learn. -"the possibilities of them landing and coming back all alive are decrease than a million%" i might choose to work out the place you acquire this huge sort from. Did you're making it up? i'm no longer shocked that somebody who can not spell or use appropriate grammar is baffled by using area age technologies.

yea armstrong walked on the moon. Their was a power struggle going on at the time with the americans and the russians, and all of my eastern european friends (and i have many) insist it was faked, because that's what russia wanted them to believe. You will find that eastern europeans in general have a very different view of many things in history.
Uri Gagarin (i thought he was russian?) was the first man in space.
Wamibo, i don't know how old you are but in the 70's there was a programme shown on british television called alternative 3. It showed an interview with armstrong and a microfilm showing footsteps on the moon. I believe it was shown in the month of october and was very convincing that something extraterrestrial was going on, and the government knew all about it. Later that evening, on the 10 o clock news it was announced that it was a hoax and had been intended to be broadcast on april fools day! It has never been shown again, but i believe there is info about it on the web.

Hey conspiracy theorists!
Ask yourself which would be more difficult.
Putting a man on the moon?
Or faking it and nobody finding out for 40 years?
Then ask yourself why all the other conspiracy theorists you meet are really stupid people?
Are you getting it yet?
By the way, did you know that the Loch Ness Monster is really a series of Martian submarines spying on us and that the government know all about it and have kept it quiet because the Martians are supplying MPs with magic fairy dust?

To: crewmb 85 . forget the flag show me a telescope that would pick out any of the moon rovers, as for Lazar reflectors there are remote landings on Mars let alone the moon. but when the Japanese send images for a complete mapping of the moon and show there are no rovers there perhaps the gullible will submit to the greatest hoax ever perpetrated

I think we did put a man on the moon. Conspiracy theorists have long mentioned the faking of the moon landing as distraction from the war but I don't beleive it. There's some interesting information on this site. http://pirlwww.lpl.arizona.edu/~jscotti/NOT_faked/moon.htm

I believe very much in "seeing is believing". Living in London has recently proven the sheer amount of TV BS'ing that goes on. (cheers to ITV and BBC)! The fact presented in favour of "man on the moon" have been around obviously, since we "walked" on the moon. Considering that the soviets had already achieved the following BEFORE America, tell me that the Americans wouldn't want a reason to "win" - seeing as how they were clearing losing the "space race".
*Soviet Union achievments at the same time:*
1. First manmade satellite in orbit (October 1957, Sputnik 1).
2. First living creature to enter orbit (November 1957, Sputnik 2).
3. First to safely return living creature from orbit, two dogs Belka and Strelka, 40 mice, 2 rats (August 1960, Sputnik 5).
4. First man in space (April 1961, Vostok 1).
5. First man to orbit the Earth (April 1961, Vostok 1).
6. First to have two spacecraft in orbit at the same time (though it was not a space rendezvous, as frequently described) (August 1962, Vostok 3 and Vostok 4).
7. First woman in space (June 1963, Vostok 6, as part of a second dual-spacecraft flight including Vostok 5).
8. First crew of three cosmonauts on board one spacecraft (October 1964, Voskhod 1).
9. First spacewalk (EVA) (March 1965, Voskhod 2).

Believe it. For such an event to be faked could never be kept secret. All of the reasons the conspiracy theorists have can be explained scientifically
