Yes, you need a pic in yahoo 360. then you go and click on "edit info" on yahoo answer and click on your picture.

You have to set up the picture you want as your 360 main photo. It is free, and you don't have to share your account or have it visible to anybody but you. You just need to change the settings in your answers profile to use your 360 photo.
