I look back on my years in college, and I think to myself, how did I do all that work and take all those classes? I was so disciplined, it's unreal! I don't know if I could do it all over again and be that disciplined. I really studied so my butt off. Plus, since I lived off-campus, I had to drive back and forth a half hour each day, sometimes twice a day (finding a parking spot was horrendous). I'd like to go for my Master's degree, but I don't know if I can deal with more research papers. Ugh.

How do you feel now that you've graduated? Do you wonder how you had the discipline to make it through college?

I was wondering the very same thing when I watched my two daughters graduate college. I don't know where I found the discipline to get through college but I'm awfully happy I did it.

Wow... I thought I'm the only person that actually went through this miserable life. I studied at Canada and I took public transport to school daily. I bet my situation was more horrendous. The place I lived for 5 years was extremely cold and the snow was knee high. Bright daylight can reach -30C. Lucky my place to the bus stop was only a short walk but the journey to school was not fun. Can't stand the heater in the bus. For a while you are extremely cold, then you are extreme hot and then you are back to extremely cold again. Can faint.

I wasn't a bright student and I really didn't believe I actually got my degree and the best part was, I ended up with a mathematic degree majoring in statistics. I was thinking of continuing in graduate schools just like you but after I started working, I couldn't turn back mainly due family obligations but I too, really couldn't believe the amount of time and work spent in school. Unbelieveble. I'm absolutely proud of myself.

Now that I've been working for like 4 years, I feel like going back to school. Now I understand the meaning of wanting to go back to school when you started working.
