I was wondering what a Muslim thinks about the new Iraq Constiution. I read it the other night, it seems to me that it could turn out to be a very bad thing. Do you think it will be good for Islam? Or are they perverting the religion? All i know is that the United States perverted Christianity, by using it in our Declaration, and Constitution. I dont have much knowledge of Islam, so thats why i ask. And im not aware of the Iraqi leaders' views of Islam, or if they are right or wrong in their beliefs. I know it claims to be for Islam but what do you feel about it? A republic.. with a leader thats not chosen by the people.. isnt that an empire? Sounds evil to me. What do you think?
