1. Toronto - With such a great nucleus of players with Bosh and Ford, and with such a experienced and deep bench, the Raptors will finish first in their division and take the east.
2. Chcago -This is a team that has proven to be trouble to opposing teams. They are stacked at each posistion and thus allowing them to come a top the Central division.
3. Detroit - The resigning of Billups will benefit the Pistons leading them to a record that gives them the third seed.
4. Orlando - The accquistion of Lewis will allow Howard to grow more as a player. Though he has proved himself to be at times a force inside, he needs to work a bit more to improve his overall game. They will take their division since the Southeast is weak but they would take the fourth spot due to the overstacked Central division.
5. Boston - Due to the new arrivals of Allen and Garnett, they will become a force to be reckoned with in the east, but not immediatly. I forsee problems with the teams as they have many new players and a less than mediocore bench.
6. Clevland - How the hell they got into the finals last year, i have no clue. James is carring a team that has few talent behind him. I see this year that they will continue to grow as a team towards the future and put that Spurs beating behind them.
7. New Jersey - The resigning of Carter for 60 million i believe was a mistake for the Nets. Tending to float around the court and only making appearances when he fells good and ready, once again Kidd will have to carry the Nets to a playoff spot in the revamped Atlantic division.
8. Washingon - I see this team struggling through the season as they did last year. But seeing as they are in a dying Southeast division, i see that they would come second in that division and pick up the final playoff spot.

1-Bulls - Know what? we have the same view in my NBA live 2007 I play Tyrus Thomas as a PF because he showed a lot of promise and he's a lot quicker than any guys in that position.
2-Pistons - constant thing especially with Chauncey back.
3-Celtics - Obviously the same reason as yours.
4-Cavs - Finals experienced. Better team.
5-Heat - Believe me they are still at it especially if Flash and Shaqster won't get injured.
6-Nets - Carter's well anchored now.
7-Washington - If Agent 0 and crew are healthy always, always watch out for them.
8-Orlando - Did you watch the Team USA exhibition game? Blue vs. White? Dwight definitely has a lot more arsenal to show couple that with Rashard's outside bombs, what a sight to behold.

I'd flip flop #s 2 & 3. Otherwise this is about right. If healthy, this should be Chicago's year.
