life only sucks it u make it suck so ur life sucks becuase thats wat u r telling ur self so there for ur life sucks no offense or anything find some thing that makes u happy take a sport or something u enjoy doing!

Many reasons....depends on what's not going well in your life..Talk with a friend and get yourself out of the rut you are in..it's easy to tell someone to be positive but I like to tell them to be creative and create things that can get you into a better mood..do some outdoor activities, take a walk, or go swimming. The water does wonders too!..Good Luck
P.S. It's not a stupid question...life sometimes does suck!!

That's o.k.-you feel what you feel. And all feelings are valid and serve a purpose. Did you know that you can learn techniques which help change your mood? Not that you can be ecstatically happy at all times-but you can level out those dips for a smoother life experience. Research Transcendental Meditation for example. Ever hear of a runner's high? The mind body connect is worth exploring.

You're letting life be in control of you, rather than being in control of your own life. If you can't change the circumstances around yourself, at least you can try to accept things with a level mind. Maybe you can't help your feelings, but you can help what you do about things. Find out what you're dissatisfied with and ask yourself how you can fix it. If you can't fix it, it's time to accept it and move on. Focus on something else. Also, you can offer everything, good and bad, up to God. Whatever you feel like you can't handle, He is big enough and strong enough to handle. Let Him carry it and help you.
