I think that the easiest one for you is Blogger.com, Google's free blog.
It is easy to set up, you can customise it to look like any other website and you can easily add Adsense to it. It has RSS feeds built in.

RSS2HTML is your best bet, very easy to use. I've been using it for a while, just be sure that your host has cURL open (installed?) otherwise you will get occasional errors in reading the feed.
