not only for cricket.. u need power, stamina and endurance for most of the sports.
to improve ur stamina/endurance level, u can do long distance running, cycling or swimming. & increase ur speed gradually.
To improve ur power, u can do bench press , push ups, squats & leg press. if u r working out in a gym, dnt need to use heavy weights. just use some light weights & do more reps.
Also, flexibility is very important, so that do some stretching exercises & make sure to do some warmup exercises before every session.
those r the only things i can think of right now... will share more later..
Meditation & yoga might probably help u on concentration..
Hope this will be helpful to u & All the very best!!

I have played cricket for the past 30 years, and can honestly say that by far the best exercise you can do for cricket is Yoga. I did it for a couple of years before my daughter was born (5 years ago) and found that it was so much easier to bowl and I had less problems with injury, due to being a lot more flexible. The effects of this 2 years of yoga lasted for about 3 years afterwards also, with the past couple of seasons starting to feel the strain again, hopefully time will allow me to resume yoga classes again this season.

Running is very much important, warm up. You got to make your back and shoulders strong whether you are a bowler or batsman/woman. Skipping is also good for stamina. Sometimes a bowler has to bowl continously like in test matches so he/she needs lot of stamina.
