Possible to not feel pain, hate, joy, love, sorrow, any emotion? I know you can appear emotionless to others, but can you be inside and out? So when others say, "You're always so quite, do you have any emotion?! Freak!" It doesnt feel like they just stabbed you in the heart? So you yourself can't feel the pain inside your chest, making you tired and sick? Or joy to make you smile and laugh? ANY possible way? If so, how??

No.Feeling emotions is what makes us human.Don't let others dictate how you feel.Don't hit the off switch on life because of what some morons say.If I knew how to rid you of emotions,I wouldn't tell you.You deserve emotions and one of the main ones is happiness.Good luck.

One becomes emotionless only in state of coma (when the brain is dead).Other than that it is impossible for any human being to be emotionless.
People are often so very overwhelmed with emotions that they often do not know how to react to the particular situation or incident.Such people are not emotion less but on the contrary are over emotional. The problem is that they do not know or don't want to express their inner feelings as a result of the emotion.
Normally people laugh when someone get's hurt.It is not done intentionally but I guess it is a strange part of human nature. So today if it is happening to you it might happen to someone else tommorrow. After all you are not the only person in the world to feel hurt emotionally

In psychology there is something called affective flattening. It means the lack of OUTWARD emotions. In other words the person appears to others (and to themselves) to have no feelings at all. This is most common in cases of schizophrenia but can also be found in other disorders. However there is no telling whether the person has really lost all emotion or if they've lost the CONNECTION to emotions. So the answer to your question is yes and no.

NO! Even apathy (a sense of not caring) is an emotion all to itself. It is therefore impossible to be completely devoid of emotion. What you are referring to is an event I would hope that none of us ever have to face. I hate to wax religious on you, my friend, but I have to say that the moment that Adam and Even took that fruit into their mouths (if you believe that at all) they in way cursed all to a lifetime of emotion in one way or the other. You can have apathy, don't get me wrong, but I doubt you will ever be completely devoid of any emotions at all, Sorry.

The day I start listening to what others have to say about me will be the day that hell will freeze over. I could give two sh!ts what a person has to say about me. You weren't put on this earth to like me but, you will respect me and I wasen't put on this earth for people to like but, if they do, it's only because they want to. If one cannot like me for me then, they don't need to be around me and for that there is no emotion. I lost all emotions when I caught my soon to be ex in several lies and now she is gone. Emotions suck. I deal with it and move on.

the hypothalamus is responsible for emotions, also the limbic system, so if they have lesions, you couldn't feel it. also loss of memory, loss of certain receptors would also decrease it. hyposecretions of cathecolamines ( a lesion on cortical part of the suprarenal gland), of cortisol, and many different hormones that make you behave the way you do

So it's all in the brain

This is kind of unrelated, but there are some mental diseases -- specifically brain damage that can cause people to lose all of their emotions, or only one to a few of them. It's rare, and you don't have it.

No it isn't. But you can just not care anymore. But why spend your life negatively and emotionless? That's why we're humans, to live, love laugh etc etc so why waste it?

Emotions based on truth is not drama. It is called drama when people decide to thwart truth within.

there is NO way. you can only act as if you dont care, you can only put on a facade lol..

the best way to overcome all these is to get friends.. online friends, real friends.. idk.. anything.

me personally i prefer online friends cos there's no strings attached and the friends i meet f2f juz dont seem genuine. at least with online friends, even if you lose them, you dont feel that great a pang.
