whoa....tough one, but if she cant be understanding that **** happens, well maybe she isnt worth it.
woman need to be told things in certain ways. I would say.
"Baby, im sorry. I understand how that hurt you, i would be hurt too, but also I hope you realize that i was up too many hours and having you on top of me gives me such a feeling of uforia, like a dream almost that the fine line between tired and extacy just put me in a trance and i fell asleep. Please dont ever think that it was due to a lack of interest with you."

u have some big making up to do--lots of oral and take some vivarin if you need to but stay awake...but it will be hours of making it up to her...lots of orgasms..she will be nervous at first that u will fall asleep again believe me...for the first few times after the time u fell asleep it will be hard for her to orgasm out of fear that u will fall asleep...i know this because i was afraid to enjoy myself...just try very hard to make it up..and tell her straight out if yr too tired just say "u dont want me falling asleep again do you?" and dont worry...she will tell her friends all about what you did...lol
