In Rowling's interview, she revealed a number of aspects of Luna's life after Hogwarts. Luna continues to be an eccentric individual and pursues a career of "the wizarding equivalent" of a naturalist. She comes to terms with her father's sometimes false beliefs, but Rowling explains that her background has fostered in her a singular open-mindedness that allows her to make discoveries that more "reality"-oriented individuals might be unable to recognize.
In a later interview, Rowling explained that Luna discovered many new species of animals and became quite famous for it, though she concluded that Crumple-Horned Snorkacks don't actually exist. She ended up marrying Rolf Scamander, a fellow naturalist and grandson of the great Newt Scamander.
Hermione has married Ron Weasley and they have two children: Rose, who is starting her first year at Hogwarts and a younger son Hugo.
Hermione works for the Ministry and is "pretty high up" in the Department of Magical Law Enforcement and has ensured the eradication of oppressive, pro pure-blood laws, although she began her post-Hogwarts career by working in the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures, where she is instrumental in greatly improving life for house-elves. She has helped in revamping the Ministry.

From the webchat:
"Blodeuwedd: Hi jk, first of all thank you for all the books I have enjoyed each and every one of them could you tell us what professions Harry, Hermione, Ron, Ginny and Luna go on to have did the trio do their final year at school and take their newts?
J.K. Rowling: Thank you! I’ve already answered about Hermione. Kingsley became permanent Minister for Magic, and naturally he wanted Harry to head up his new Auror department. Harry did so (just because Voldemort was gone, it didn’t mean that there would not be other Dark witches and wizards in the coming years). Ron joined George at Weasleys’ Wizarding Wheezes, which became an enormous money-spinner... After a few years as a celebrated player for the Holyhead Harpies, Ginny retired to have her family and to become the Senior Quidditch correspondent at the Daily Prophet!
Alicepie: What happend to Luna, did she get married who to?
J.K. Rowling: She ended up marrying (rather later than Harry & co) a fellow naturalist and grandson of the great Newt Scamander (Rolf)!"

Luna gets kidnapped during her train ride back home in the Christmas holidays because of all the true things her father has been publishing in the Quibbler recently. But then she comes back in the end and according to J.K.Rowling's interview, becomes a naturalist and after many years goes on to marry Newt Scamander's grandson.
Ron and Hermione get married and have 2 children- Hugo and Rose.
Ron joins George with the Weasley's Wizarding Wheezes and Hermione goes into Magical Law Enforcement.

i'm guessing ur referring to the Harry Potter book. I'm sorry if i spoil it for anyone who hasn't read it. In the book, JK Rowling doesn't really explain what happens to Luna from what i can remember. And yes Ron and Hermonie marry and have two kids...
