and i heard about the coca cola thing going on every summer.
so. do the coca cola cans from any old vending machine valid?
or do we have to buy specially marked ones?

At SF Magic Mountain, the ticket is $59.99 plus tax. Online, it's only 34.99 plus tax. Right now, they're running a promo where you buy 3 and you get one free.

However, with the coke code, you get two for one there. So, you'd save an additional $5/pp with an even # of people.
You do not have to create an account at mycokerewards.
When you go to sixflags.com to get your tickets, use promo code "mycokerewards" to get the coke discount available for the park you plan to go to.
"Summer" is another new promo code as well, but I think it's the same discount.
Or, if you need four tickets, use promo code "chase" if you have a chase credit card to get four tickets for $99.
Oh, and if you do decide to just bring a can to the park, ANY coke can will work as confirmed on their website (link above), whether it's specially marked or not.

I really don't know anything about your question but I will tell you that last time I went to six flags I had to pay $4 for a 20oz bottle of mountain dew out of the vending machine, so I hope you are not planning on buying a whole bunch of coca cola there lol.

I just read another post on this..seems coke is doing this and its specially marked cans...which shouldnt be to hard to find...my question is..is it all parks..I live about 2 hours from 6 flags darien lake in Ny..so I dont know if they are doing it around here...you used to be able to get buy one get one free coupons at a fast food joint..but Im not sure if they do that anymore...

They have to be the marked ones, but they aren't hard to find. They are in about every vending machine right now.
