Well since both are mythological characters from mythological religions you could assume either way. Ironically both had similar weaknesses as both could not control their tempers and could not resist women which is apparently what did them in. I have to go with Hercules though as Samson only had his strength apparently when "god" came over him whereas Hercules had his strength all the time.

well... in a historical point of view ... Samson wins by a first round knockout. The REASON I say so, is quite simply, Herc is from a dead religion.... defeated by the one Samson is in. So in essence, Samson has already beaten Herules, and killed him.
